1) What if I cook all my ribs and some are left over? Can I reheat them? If so, how long?
If you have leftovers, you can reheat them by wrapping them in oven safe plastic wrap, then foil heat in oven at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Check periodically to see if heated through. DO NOT OVER COOK!

We recommend you cook your food within five days if stored in the refrigerator.

4) How does Slow & Low Ship our food?
All of our food is prepared just like it is in our restaurant. Then we freeze the food in a vaccum sealed bag to seal in its natural juices. Then the items are then shipped direct to your door in reusable thick-walled foam containers with dry-ice to insure your order arrives fresh and ready to eat.

Yes, the hickory wood leaves a pink tint to all the meats.

Mon-Thur 11am to midnight
Fri-Sat 11am to 2am

Dinner is served until 10pm daily then the outside patio is open serving a late night menu.

Yes, the dining room has two flat screens and outside has 9 t.v.s including an 8ft by 10ft projection screen.

Happy hour is from 4pm to 6pm daily and is as follows:
