BBQ Pork Pizza

1 10-inch flour tortilla

1/4 Cup Slow & Low Sweet BBQ Sauce

4 Ounces Slow & Low Pulled Pork

1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1/4 Cup freshly shredded Parmesan Cheese

Chopped red bell peppers, green onions for garnish

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.

Lay the tortilla on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes until crisp, turning once during baking. Remove the tortilla but do not turn off oven.

Heat BBQ sauce in a small saucepan set over medium heat until warm.

Spread the pork in a even layer in a shallow microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high for about 1 minute, or until hot (if not already hot).

Brush a thin coat of BBQ sauce over the tortilla. Spread the pork evenly over the sauce and sprinkle the cheese over the pork. Bake for about 2 minutes until the cheeses melt.

Cut into 8 wedges and serve, top with peppers and onions.
